To whom it may concern,
I just wanted to say Thank you. My family and I just had our house completed last week
and I want to commend your company and its outstanding employees for a job well done.
Formal words of thanks and appreciation do not always flow easy these days, but I think your
good work deserves the extra effort on my part.
I am a Director of Engineering & Quality Assurance for a local Aerospace company, so I can say
that I am a little more attentive to details (technical and otherwise) than most. From the
start, your company was well represented. Todd our sales person did a great job explaining
the details of the job and the contract and Annette did a fine job keeping us informed and
coordinated the details. Tommy Romero and his crew were fantastic. I have never met a
group of tradesmen that were as committed to doing the job to the best of their abilities.
Tommy and his crew were prompt, courteous, and by far the cleanest plumbing professionals I
have ever come across (and I was a facilities manager for several years for another local
manufacturer). The care that they took to protect my house was impressive.
All I can say is you have a great product (it definitely solved my below-slab leak) and a great
group of folks. With a formula like that, ACE DuraFlo should have a line of customers looking
for your service.
They say the biggest measure of customer satisfaction is the referral; you will definitely get
some from me.

To whom it may concern:
I am writing to commend and thank your ACE DuraFlo Team on the exceptional
job they performed coating the water pipes in my townhouse located in San Diego. The job
was performed professionally, efficiently, effectively, and clean-up was spectacular.
Furthermore, I was very happy the ACE DuraFlo process quickly restored the water to my
townhouse without the messy and dusty headache of ripping-out walls, re-piping the entire
house, spackling & wall repair, and painting. Your process and product are wonderful!
In particular, I want to personally compliment your technical & sales representative, Mr. Todd
Ballew, and the two ACE DuraFlo technicians, Edgar and Javier-regrettably, I do not have their
last names. These gentlemen performed admirably, were considerate and caring, hard-
working, neat and clean, fully explained in detail everything they were doing, reassuring, and
treated my home and my property as if it was their own. As such, they are a tremendous
credit to the ACE DuraFlo name; and, I trust, you will recognize them, and their extraordinary
efforts and professionalism in some special way.
In closing, I want to convey my gratitude again to the ACE DuraFlo Team for
their professional courtesies. In short, you have a customer for life and I
will tell everyone to call ACE DuraFlo for all their water pipe issues. I

I am writing this letter to express my congratulations and appreciation for a job well done on
our condominium unit in the American Beauty complex.
Not only was I impressed with the efficiency of your team, but also with the attention given to
the details such as providing water each day. Though out the restoration process, I felt secure
in my home and confident in your team.
Alex did a fantastic job at keeping us informed at each step. His warm nature and personal
attention was much appreciated.
Rodney was clearly committed to making sure everything was perfect, and he went the extra
mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks also to Durall and Jeff for a great job and friendly
service.
I have worked in engineering for more than 30 years, and have a good understanding as to
what it takes to accomplish a task of this magnitude. I can imagine the additional stress of
working in a residential environment.
